Isn't it Ironic?

This is a picture Maxwell drew during primary a few weeks ago. Obviously the lesson was about being kind because it says "I can be kind" at the top of the paper. What's so kind about a tank and a man with a machine gun shooting at each other? That's my sweet little boy! By the way, art is not one of Maxwell's gifts, but just for the record, he was drawing with his left hand because the right one was in a cast.

Ok, that is hilarious! You have to frame that or something!

Haha. I love it. Such a little boy. I must say, I don't think I would do so well if I was forced to use my left hand!

This is the funniest thing I have ever seen...oh yes that is a little ironic!! Gotta hand it to the little guy, quite a talent drawing with his opposite hand there! Impressive!

Maybe he was being kind by protecting someone else from that obvious bad guy. I have learned from my boys that they can justify them being mean if it is to be the hero for someone else. He is pretty creative. He still draws better than me, even with a broken arm!

Ha! I wish I could say that this was a rare occurance, but between all the boys in class, we get some pretty "creative" takes on the lessons. Max is such a great kid, I love having him in class!
