Can I still have some money?
Maxwell lost his first top tooth last week. He set it on the counter, which is made of colorful and swirly granite. Steve was being a good little doobie and washed the counters and...you can figure out the rest! It was nowhere to be found, including the drain. Maxwell was very upset. He was sure the tooth fairy would not be coming. I told him that the tooth fairy would understand and he should write a note explaining to her what happened to his tooth. The result is priceless!

I like the picture of the tooth fairy(?) scaling the wall(?) to give Max his money. I hope the tooth fairy pulls through and he gets his money!
whatever. steve didn't wash it down the sink. he stole it and put it under his own pillow. that's why dentists are so rich, ya know.

Very cute! And can I say, that little Sophie is so adorable! I know the blog is about Max, but she is just so cute standing there by him. I agree with Hilary I think Steve put it under his pillow!
That tooth fairy is sure understanding! Kade wrote a note asking her/him/it if he could keep his tooth, and his wish was granted also! :)
That is soooo funny! Jared and I just finished making a tooth fairy bed and bedding for the tooth fairy herself. Lighthouse Dental is owned by some of our good friends and they asked us to make it for them! So fun for the kiddos!

Good job Dr. Payne, way to wash off the counters. It is kinda worth it just to get the picture and note to the tooth fairy.
There must be somthing about first teeth, they get lost alot! Alex lost hers in the grass.. Tell Max the note usally works, it worked in our case! Good Luck! So cute!

So, did she come through? Good lesson to never trust a counter in the Payne home. He should know by now someone there comes by with a rug every 15 minutes just to make sure everything stays spick and span!
